A) Click on the ‘+’ on top of the ‘QED Clues’ list on the right in the ‘QED Fishbone’ or ‘QED Clue Board’ screen.

B) Click on the ‘+’ next to ‘Symptoms’ in the ‘QED Symptoms’ screen.
