In this video we show how to use the powerful templating capability in smartQED. QED Templates act as a very effective problem-solving knowledge base, expediting your problem and incident investigations. Templates can be easily created based on the cause analysis for a problem, including the whole analysis or only a part of it. New investigations can be jumpstarted by applying templates defined earlier.
