A) Click on the Application in the ‘Applications page’. This takes you to the ‘QED fishbone’ screen. Select problem number from the problem drop down box.

This makes it your current problem and displays the corresponding fishbone. 

B) Click on the ‘QED Symptoms’ tab from the ‘QED Fishbone’ screen. This takes you to the ‘QED Symptoms’ screen. Click on the problem in the problem panel on the left hand side. This makes it your current problem and displays the corresponding QED Symptoms data on the Right hand side.
