In this video tutorial we show how to visualize the causes for an incident or problem in smartQED using a compact Fishbone/ Ishikawa structure. Complex causes can be broken down into ‘nested’ fishbones that are arranged in 2-level layers for systematic analysis. The Cause Tree shows the whole hierarchy of potential causes and can be used for easy navigation as well.
