1. Steps to document the solution

1. Where do I document the Solution?

You can document it in the ‘Solution’ screen. Click on ‘Solution’ tab in the navigation bar on top in any of the screens. 

2. What can I document in the Solution screen?

You can document as to ‘Why the problem happened’, ‘How it could have been prevented’, ‘Solution Description’, ‘RCA Whys’, ‘Recommended Corrective Action’ and ‘Lessons Learned’.
