Creating an issue in Jira 

Enter issue details in Jira

            Click on the Create tab.  Enter Summary (Problem Title) and Description ( Problem  

            Description) and click on the Create button.

This will automatically open a problem in your smartQED application with the JIra issue number, title and description.
