6. Reports & History
To view the Report and update the History of the fishbone, click on the Report & History button in the smartQED Operations window.
It displays the Reports & History Dialog box that offers several options and generates Summary, Detailed, and Excel Reports.
If we click on the History button, we can also view the update log.
